Why the hdb enblock flat, the new flat given by hdvbfor the enblock people most of the time will be in the same GRC, hardly the replacement flat will be out of the GRC they use to stay in.
also i also notice for Tanjong pagar.

There's nothing to expect. if you get bad neigbours, no matter what floor if they're bad means bad. other than that, noise level? same same as high floor.

1. I understand that if I apply for a flat witn 2km of my parents, I get 4 chances assigned to me.
If my girlfriend's parents are also witn 2km, does my chances increase above that?
